입구부터 바닷가 분위기가 느껴지는 인테리어가 인상적이었어요. 식사할 때 장갑을 끼고 앞치마를 입는 방식도 신선했죠. 손으로 직접 해산물을 먹는 재미가 있다는 점에서 기대가 컸습니다.

방문한 날 두 번이나 생일 축하 노래가 나올 정도로, 가족·연인·친구들과 함께 생일 저녁을 즐기러 오는 경우도 많은 곳이더라고요. 🎉

Near Sydney’s Chinatown, there is a popular Haymarket restaurant that locals and tourists love. It’s a place that catches your eye as you walk by, and I have always been curious about it. Finally, I decided to give it a try!

First Impressions: A Unique Dining Experience

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the lively atmosphere and seafood-inspired decor. Wearing gloves and an apron while eating made the experience even more special. It was a fun and interactive way to enjoy seafood!

You can either customize your own seafood selection or choose from their pre-set combo menus. Plus, you can adjust the level of spiciness to your preference. If you’re a seafood lover, creating your own mix is a great way to enjoy your favorite ingredients.

Ambiance and Seating Recommendations

The interior had a cozy, Outback Steakhouse-style vibe with warm lighting and a relaxed atmosphere. The window-side booth seats seemed especially popular, so I’d recommend making a reservation in advance if you want to sit there.

 

What We Ordered

There were three of us, and we ordered the Bangin Combo along with a few side dishes.

• Soft-Shell Crab – Crispy and full of rich ocean flavors
• Grilled Corn – Buttered and perfectly seasoned for a smoky, savory taste

The seafood was incredibly fresh, and the sauce was well-balanced. It had a slightly spicy kick, which paired wonderfully with rice.
